Dr. Melissa Bingmann

Ms. Gordon is interested in the history of fashion and clothing. She is interested in how clothing affected everyday life and the manufacturing of clothing. 

During the summer of 2017, Ms. Gordon completed an internship at Colonial Williamsburg practicing millinery and mantua making. While practicing the trade, she also gained experience in interpreting historical trades as guests visited.
