Research Interests

My research focuses on Early Modern England, particularly the evolving relationship between the Tudor government and various power structures within the country. I examine how the Tudor regime interacted with and was influenced by the nobility, the rising Gentry, and the judiciary, exploring the complexities of power dynamics and governance during this transformative period in English history.
