Research Interests

Mr. Masa’s research interests are primarily in U.S. labor history during the post-World War II era, especially deindustrialization and the failures of reindustrialization; as well as, cross-border/transnational labor and working class solidarity – insofar as it existed during that period. The histories of capitalism, the interactions of race, class, and gender, and revolution are also of interest.
