Between November 2 and November 9 there will be six events commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Below are details about the various events. All students, faculty and friends are invited.

Re-Construction of the Berlin Wall

Stop by WVU Downtown Campusthe green space near the Life Sciences Building to experience a symbolic replica of the Berlin Wall. Feel free to add your own graffiti to our wall! FREE graffiti supplies available from 11:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Wednesday at the site of the wall.

A Discussion Forum: Remembering the Fall of the Berlin Wall—Twenty Years After

This event will commemorate the historic opening of the Berlin Wall that occurred on November 9, 1989. It will feature brief presentations and an informal discussion in which participants are encouraged to share their own experiences or ask the presenters questions.
